URGENT HIRING | FINANCE MANAGER MANDARIN SPEAKER

We are urgently looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team in PIK 2, North Jakarta. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in finance and accounting, a strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, and excellent proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting activities in Indonesia, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Manage tax invoice issuance, tax payments, and other tax-related administrative activities.
• Ensure the company's financial and tax activities comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Manage, monitor, and safeguard company funds.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the same or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Reliable, well-organized, and committed to completing tasks accurately.
