Finance Manager - Mandarin Speaking

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the ongoing projects of the our company in Bali Island.
• Handle project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, including subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and client billings.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and project financial analysis.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Handle tax matters, GST/SST, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and headquarters (China) for financial matters.
• Work closely with Project Manager and Chinese management on financial planning and cost monitoring.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for project audit purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance & accounts, with at least 4 years.
• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in project accounting and cost control.
• Must be able to speak, listen, read, and write in Chinese (Mandarin) for communication with Chinese management.
• Accommodation will be provided subject to management approval.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
