Finance Manager - Manufacturing/Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Plant P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Drive cost analysis, product costing, and margin improvement initiatives.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and CAPEX investments.

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership teams.

• Ensure compliance, internal controls, audits, and inventory governance.

Requirements:

• CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance).

• 9-12 years of manufacturing/plant finance experience.

• Strong knowledge of costing, FP&A, and P&L management.

• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and ERP (QAD preferred).

• Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
