What they need
Finance Manager - MNC
- Manage full spectrum of finance and accounting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, tax and audit.
- Oversee monthly closing, financial reporting, budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Manage manufacturing standard costing, material variances, PPV and overhead analysis.
- Monitor customer/product profitability, gross margins and cost improvement opportunities.
- Drive inventory control, inventory turnover (ITO), E&O management and working capital improvement.
- Monitor operational financial KPIs and provide financial insights to management.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, internal controls and statutory requirements.
- Lead and develop the Finance team.
- 5 days per week.
