Finance Manager (Multi-Branch Operation)

Job Summary

°CRYO On is seeking a proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and lead complete financial operations across our 4 branches. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust cash flow management, strict cost controls, and providing strategic financial insight to drive company profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Branch Financial Management & Control:

  • Oversee, review, and control financial operations across all 4 branches.
  • Monitor branch-level revenue, operating costs, gross profit, and overall profitability against targets and budgets.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and branch spot-checks to ensure compliance with company policies and report risks to the CEO.

• Financial Planning & Budgeting:

  • Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial models for promotions, memberships, expansion, and partnerships.
  • Analyze budget variances and implement practical cost-control measures.

• Financial Reporting & Closing:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly management reports for the CEO, highlighting branch performance, key risks, and cash flow projections.
  • Oversee P&L statements, balance sheets, general ledger, and perform account reconciliations (Bank, POS, Payment Gateways, and Zenoti).

• Cash Flow & Revenue Reconciliation:

  • Maintain cash flow forecasts, monitor liquidity, and manage receivables, payables, and vendor payment schedules.
  • Reconcile sales, discounts, refunds, and track customer prepaid liabilities (membership packages and remaining sessions).
  • Monitor and prevent revenue leakage or unauthorized transactions.

• Tax Compliance, Payroll & Audit:

  • Ensure full compliance with Thai Accounting Standards and tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax).
  • Review payroll, commissions, incentives, and staff cost allocation prior to CEO approval.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, accounting firms, and government authorities.

• Process Improvement:

  • Continuously improve financial workflows, internal control policies, and system integrations between Zenoti/POS and accounting software.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Experience managing multi-branch operations is strongly preferred.
  • Background in Wellness, Healthcare, Hospitality, Fitness, Beauty, Retail, or Service industries is a strong advantage.

• Technical & Tax Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Tax laws.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Zenoti, POS systems, accounting software, or ERP systems is an advantage.

• Certifications: CPA or CPD qualification is a plus.

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Thai language skills are required; English proficiency is an advantage.
