Finance Manager (Multi Business Operations) | Remote

Pay: Starting at USD $5.00/hour
Schedule: Part Time or Full Time
Location: Remote

We are looking for a detail oriented Finance Manager to support the financial operations of multiple businesses, including a real estate business. The ideal candidate has strong financial management skills, experience analyzing financial data, and the ability to keep records, reports, and budgets accurate and organized.

Responsibilities

• Track income, expenses, cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across multiple businesses
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and management dashboards
• Monitor invoices, payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Reconcile financial records and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial spreadsheets, records, and documentation
• Monitor business expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Track property related income, expenses, and operating costs for the real estate business
• Coordinate with accountants, bookkeepers, vendors, and other team members
• Develop and improve financial tracking systems and reporting processes
• Help management make informed decisions using accurate financial data

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance management, financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
• Real estate finance or property management experience is strongly preferred
• Experience managing financial information for multiple businesses or entities is a plus
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow tracking, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
• Strong organization, communication, and follow through
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is a plus

Pay: From Php49,000.00 per month
