Finance Manager | CPA Required

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health by managing accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll, budgeting and compliance. This role requires strong expertise in finance and accounting principles, local regulatory requirements and internal controls.

The position works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making, ensure financial accuracy and drive operational efficiency. The Finance Manager plays a key role in maintaining robust financial systems, managing cash flow and ensuring timely and compliant reporting.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial Management & Reporting

· Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements

· Manage internal and external financial reporting requirements, including submission of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and regulatory filings

· Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.

Accounting & Compliance

· Ensure full compliance with BIR, local government and other statutory requirements.

· Oversee bookkeeping, tax filing, bank reconciliation and preparation of ITR and other regulatory reports

· Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure readiness of all financial documentation

Budgeting & Cash Flow Management

· Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments

· Monitor and manage company cash flow, ensuring optimal utilization of funds

· Implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure proper fund allocation

Payroll & Billing Operations

· Oversee payroll processing in coordination with global finance teams

· Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of payroll inputs

· Manage billing processes, invoicing and collections tracking

Banking & External Coordination

· Liaise with banks for account management, transactions and financial requirements

· Coordinate with external service providers, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Process Improvement & Administration

· Develop and implement financial and administrative policies, systems and procedures

· Strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency

· Perform general administrative functions related to finance operations
