Finance Manager (Part-Time)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially aware and confident Finance Professional to support the company across financing, fundraising, and corporate finance activities.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working with banks, financial institutions, investors, and government agencies, and who can work closely with management and the project team to prepare, refine, and present financing proposals, business plans, financial information, and related documentation.

The successful candidate will also be expected to represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations, build strong relationships with external stakeholders, and support management throughout the financing process.

Key Responsibilities

Financing & Corporate Finance

• Assist management and the project team in preparing and submitting new financing applications, as well as revising existing financing proposals.
• Gather, organise, and coordinate information and supporting documents requested by banks, financiers, investors, and funding agencies.
• Monitor the progress of financing applications and follow up on outstanding documents, queries, and action items.
• Assist in reviewing financial information and preparing materials required for financing and corporate finance discussions.

Stakeholder & Management Support

• Represent the company at selected meetings, presentations, and discussions with external stakeholders.
• Work alongside management in financing presentations, discussions, and negotiations.
• Ensure timely follow-up on matters arising from meetings, financing applications, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties to ensure financing-related matters progress smoothly.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is professional, commercially minded, and able to communicate confidently with different levels of stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, banking, accounting, corporate finance, or a related area.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage senior-level stakeholders.
• Good analytical, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with financial information, business plans, and supporting documentation.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and project teams.
• Professional, presentable, and confident in representing the company externally.

Key Conditions

• Must be based in the Klang Valley.
• Must be comfortable attending face-to-face meetings and presentations with banks, financiers, investors, and government agencies.
• Willingness to travel within the Klang Valley when required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner are essential.

Engagement & Benefits

• Part-time engagement, based on a daily or hourly arrangement.
• Work is primarily remote, with attendance required for relevant face-to-face meetings and presentations.
• Transport and meal expenses will be reimbursed for approved business meetings.
