FINANCE MANAGER - PASAY CITY

Join AES, an international provider of maintenance, repair and operational support for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) serving airlines and airport operators worldwide.

As Finance Manager, you will lead the Philippines finance function and support the growth of our local operations. Reporting to the Contract & Operations Manager and Regional Finance Director, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, compliance, cash flow and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Philippines finance function and local finance team
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
• Oversee accounting, tax, statutory compliance and audits
• Manage cash flow, working capital, AP and AR
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, HR and management
• Coach and develop the local finance team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Financial Controlling
• Several years in a finance management role with experience leading a complete finance function
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• International/MNC experience preferred
• Aviation, engineering, industrial or technical services experience is an advantage
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• CPA or equivalent is an advantage
• Fluent English is mandatory; Filipino/Tagalog is an advantage
