Finance Manager - Ready-Mix Concrete

We’re Hiring: Finance Manager | Ready-Mix Concrete | Dubai, UAE

Our client, a ready-mix concrete company based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage budgets, and support business performance through effective financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections.
• Monitor project costs, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Supervise the finance and accounting team and ensure timely reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role.
• Experience in the ready-mix concrete, construction, manufacturing, or industrial sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and UAE tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
