Finance Manager (Remote)

Primary Function

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to lead our remote accounting team and oversee a portfolio of clients. This role requires strong leadership, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements while driving team performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Accounting Supervisors

• Manage a portfolio of accounting clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Oversee client onboarding and implementation processes

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of work

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members

• Work closely with senior leadership to achieve business objectives

• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA qualification is required
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience
• At least 4 years in a leadership or management role
• Previous experience in an accounting practice is essential
• Strong technical knowledge of General Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Must be based in the Philippines
• Must have a reliable laptop and multiple internet connections
