We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Corporate Finance / Finance Controller to take a key leadership role supporting its Southeast Asia business.

This is more than a traditional accounting position. You will have broad ownership across financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, tax, cash flow, internal controls and financial analysis, while working with regional and global stakeholders across SEA, APAC and the wider organization.

The role is ideal for a Finance professional who wants to move beyond transactional accounting and play a more strategic role in business performance, financial planning and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting activities across multiple business entities.
• Drive financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and management analysis.
• Partner with management on financial performance, business planning and cash-flow decisions.
• Oversee tax compliance, tax planning and transfer pricing.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies and corporate governance.
• Monitor working capital, credit, AR/AP, inventory and key financial indicators.
• Manage intercompany transactions and support regional cash-pool activities.
• Work closely with auditors, banks, legal advisors and government authorities.
• Provide financial insight and advice on business and regulatory matters.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Certified Accountant qualification preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation and internal controls.
• Experience in public accounting is required.
• Strong analytical and business-partnering capabilities.
• Confident communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders across different countries.
• Proactive, independent and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities or shared accounting services will be an advantage.
