Finance manager (Sole Contributor) - Immediate Hiring

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to independently manage a broad range of accounting and finance responsibilities within a multinational environment. The role requires strong experience in month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A, with the ability to provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a lean setup, partnering with stakeholders across functions, driving process improvements, and leveraging SAP to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency through automation and system optimization.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in month-end closing, financial reporting, and FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
