Finance Manager, Thailand Operations

About the role

Seeking a high-potential Finance Manager to support the CFO in leading the finance function. This position is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in both Finance and Accounting within a listed company or large corporate environment, who are looking to grow into an executive leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and business performance reviews for senior management
• Develop financial models and provide recommendations to support strategic business decisions and investments
• Support corporate finance activities, including funding, treasury, and capital management
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with TFRS and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with SET, SEC, BOI, and other regulatory requirements
• Lead financial feasibility studies and investment analysis for new projects
• Coordinate and manage the Project Freeze process, including CAPEX budgeting, investment approval, financial assumptions, and project financial control
• Work closely with Finance and Project teams based in Vietnam to support regional financial planning, reporting, and investment activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (Bachelor's degree)
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• CPA/CPD License is highly preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting
• Stable employment history, with at least 3–5 years in each organization
• Strong experience in financial planning, financial reporting, budgeting, corporate finance, treasury, and accounting operations
• Experience in Project Freeze, CAPEX management, investment analysis, and project financial control
• Knowledge of BOI regulations, investment privileges, and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP
