Finance Manager (VP)

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial reports and analysis for the company, report to head office;
• Business related account management (including loans, bonds, stocks, seed funds, fund management underwriting, borrowing funds, etc.)
• Ensuring that the licensing institution business complies with SFC requirements (Type 1, 4, 6, 9)
  Liaise with professional bodies for annual audit and banks; Liaise internally with business departments and head office;
• Consolidate and report financial indicators of the company and its subsidiaries;
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;

• 7-10 years of experience, familiar with HKFRS, HKICPA Holder preferred;

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word;

• Solid capability and experience in Chinese Financial Institutions is strongly preferred;

• Familiar with 用友 or other accounting systems;

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, proficient in Chinese writing;

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
