Finance Manager (Work From Home)

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage the Finance team in overseeing day to day accounting activities .

·       Ensure timely payment and collection and cash management

·       Prepare monthly financial and management reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow Statement and any ad-hoc reports as required

·       Manage tax, audit or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties

·       Responsible for credit risk management

·       Drive the continual development of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including reviewing and the implementation of process and system changes

·       Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation and make necessary recommendation to the Management

·       Engage in continuous process improvement and special projects

·     Continuously working on the digital capabilities to use data and automations to monitor the buyer credit risks.

Qualifications / Experience

·       Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent such as CPA/CFA/ACCA is a must

·       At least 10 years’ experience in leading a Finance Team

·       Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals, controls and management reporting

·       Prior experience in oil & gas industry is highly advantageous

·       Experience in MS Dynamics 365 & ERP system will be an added advantage

·       Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

·       Keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

·       Experience in strengthening internal control and process improvement
