What You’ll Do

• Manage the monthly financial closing process for various domestic and international entities, supervising month-end closing with three major financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Manage the comprehensive budgeting process by understanding company strategy and close communication with function heads, including budget preparation & alignment, monitoring & adjustment to ensure the achievement of the company's financial goals.
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and risk management, optimizing the allocation of cash and cash equivalents, including the optimization for overseas assets.
• Oversee routine compliance request with team, including tax, annual audit, payment and reimbursement requests. Initiate process optimization when needed.
• Conduct Ad-hoc simulation and analysis support based on business needs, including supply chain BOM cost and export-related operations. What You’ll Bring
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis within the medical device /consumer goods or related industry, with comprehensive financial accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in English communication, capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external business partners.
• Proficient in using financial software such as Kingdee or similar, as well as office software like Microsoft Office.
• A strong sense of responsibility, excellent problem-solving skills, a steady personality, and a meticulous work attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
