Finance Manager/Arabic

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills and practical knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's daily financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations and applicable filing requirements.
• Coordinate VAT returns, Corporate Tax filings, and other relevant tax documentation.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend cost-control measures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
• Implement and improve financial controls, accounting procedures, and reporting systems.
• Supervise the finance and accounting team and ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance management or a senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of IFRS and applicable UAE compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
