Finance (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

This role combines Finance & Accounting responsibilities with Mandarin language support. You will handle daily transaction recording, journals, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation, while serving as the primary communication liaison with Management and Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily transactions, journals, AP/AR, and perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing financial reports, cost of goods sold reports, and cash flow monitoring
• Process supplier payments (including import suppliers) and customer billing
• Assist in preparing data for tax and audit purposes
• Serve as primary communication liaison with Management and Mandarin-speaking suppliers
• Provide oral interpretation during meetings, phone calls, and daily business communication
• Translate simple documents (invoices, emails, chat) from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics
• Fluent Mandarin speaker for daily business communication (Listening & Speaking)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit (Fresh graduates with fluent Mandarin welcome to apply)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in Excel
• Honest, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to maintain company data confidentiality
• Experience with accounting software Accurate, SAP, or Chanjet is a plus
• Ability to read and write simple Mandarin characters (for invoices and chat) is a plus
• HSK certificate or previous experience working in a Mandarin-speaking company is a plus
• Understanding of import procedures and foreign currency transactions (CNY/USD) is a plus
