FINANCE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage daily financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
• Operate the company's ERP and web-based finance systems.
• Handle financial documents, invoices, and payment records.
• Assist with tax administration and basic tax withholding.
• Communicate with the Head Office in China regarding finance and administrative matters.
• Support financial reconciliation, audits, and internal controls.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or related field.

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting and operating ERP systems.

• Good understanding of basic tax withholding regulations and practices.

• Good understanding of Coretax, Brevet A and Brevet B.

• Able to prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial data management.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin. All three languages are mandatory for communicate regularly with the company's Head Office in China.
