Finance Marketing Representative

Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team to become Finance Marketing Representatives. This role focuses on educating individuals and families about financial concepts, identifying their financial needs, and connecting them with appropriate financial services and solutions.

The ideal candidate is personable, goal-oriented, coachable, and interested in developing a career in financial services, marketing, sales, and business development.

No prior financial services experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to learn about their financial goals and needs.
• Educate individuals and families on general financial concepts and available financial solutions.
• Conduct client appointments through phone, video, and/or in-person meetings.
• Generate leads and develop new business through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Present financial products and services based on client needs, where properly licensed and authorized.
• Assist clients throughout the onboarding and application process.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish individual and team objectives.
• Develop communication, sales, marketing, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Professional and personable demeanor.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with new people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn financial concepts, products, and industry regulations.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, banking, finance, insurance, or business development is a plus but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Required licenses will be obtained before performing activities that legally require licensing. Licensing guidance and support will be provided.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
