About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking a Finance MT to join our Finance team in a full-time capacity based in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This is a critical position within our Financial Accounting and Reporting function, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of our financial reporting and accounting operations. The Finance MT will be responsible for managing complex accounting processes, supporting financial analysis, and contributing to the strategic financial objectives of the organisation. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in financial accounting practices whilst working within a structured and growing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, and monthly financial closing packages in accordance with accounting standards and company policies

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Support the preparation of financial reports for management, stakeholders and regulatory bodies

• Assist with the maintenance and organisation of accounting records and supporting documentation

• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and errors, escalating complex issues as appropriate

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business decision-making

• Assist with audit-related activities and respond to audit queries with supporting documentation

• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal accounting policies

What we're looking for

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as an associate degree or diploma in accountancy, or relevant qualification recognised in the Philippines
• 1-3 years of experience in financial accounting, general accounting or accounting operations roles
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with complex spreadsheets and data analysis
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and the accounting cycle
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when processing large volumes of financial transactions
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying process improvements
