Finance Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Support monthly closing, profit & loss, and balance sheet preparation.
• Maintain financial records and accounting documents accurately.
• Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Work with ERP/Tally and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
• Experience in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
