Finance Officer

About the role

The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the clinic, including sales recording, cash flow monitoring, billing, expense tracking, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures that our financial operations are accurate, timely, and aligned with the clinic's growth goals.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily sales transactions from clinic services, products, and packages
• Monitor and reconcile cash inflows including walk-in payments, bank deposits, online transfers, and credit card transactions
• Maintain and update accurate financial records using accounting software or Excel
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports including sales summaries and cash position
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely collections and disbursements
• Assist in budget planning, cash flow forecasting, and cost control
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure complete and accurate logging of sales and transactions
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, local regulations, and tax requirements
• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed for compliance

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Entrepreneurship or related field
• Strong experience in cash handling and sales recording
• Tech-savvy
• Proficient in accounting softwares and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced clinic set up
