Finance Officer

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile main bank accounts monthly and monitor bank transactions
• Prepare and process deposits, payments, wire transfers, and other banking transactions
• Process supplier payments and ensure compliance with proper payment procedures
• Monitor checks for release and coordinate the distribution/collection of available checks
• Prepare and send financial documents to branches, customers, suppliers, and other concerned parties
• Ensure bank credit and debit memos, remittances, and other bank transactions are properly posted to Head Office accounts
• Maintain organized records of bank statements, deposits slips, and other treasury documents

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management
• At least 3 years experience in Accounting or Finance
• Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality ethics
• Mathematically proficient
• Good moral character
• Honest and trustworthy
