FINANCE OFFICER

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Finance Officer who is highly organized, financially responsible, and careful when handling company funds and financial records. The ideal candidate must have strong numerical skills, good judgment, and the ability to detect errors and discrepancies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle and monitor daily financial transactions, payments, and collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile cash, bank transactions, and financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and expense summaries.
• Verify payments, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Identify and investigate errors or discrepancies.
• Monitor and properly account for company funds and expenses.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Coordinate with departments regarding financial and payment concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or similar roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and honest when handling company funds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to detect and resolve financial discrepancies.
