We are seeking a hands-on Finance Officer to support end-to-end transactional finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Trust & Settlements.

This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controls , while supporting cash flow and operational efficiency across the business . Time frame as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities Transactional Finance (Core)

• Process supplier invoices and customer billings accurately and on time
• Match POs, invoices, and receipts with strong attention to detail
• Allocate and reconcile payments; follow up on outstanding receivables and discrepancies
• Respond to internal and external finance queries in a timely manner

Auction processing (Critical)

• Process and reconcile buyer, seller, and settlement of transactions in line with regulatory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and audit queries
• Process settlements, refunds, and manual billings accurately
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with financial policies

Systems & Continuous Improvement

• Use SAP systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Contribute to process improvements across finance operations

What Success Looks Like to be hired in the role

• Accurate and timely processing of AP/AR transactions
• Reduction in unallocated cash / reconciliation differences
• Strong control over financial accuracy and reconciliations skills
• Proactive resolution of aged receivables and payment discrepancies
• Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and vendors

Candidate Profile Must-Have Experience

• Experience in transactional finance (AP, AR, reconciliation)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Strong communication skills (internal & external stakeholders)
• Experience with SAP systems

Preferred

• Exposure to trust accounting or settlements environment
• Experience in high-volume or shared services finance teams
• Understanding of regulated or audit-driven environments

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance / Accounting
