Finance Officer

We are looking for a Finance Supervisor to oversee the company's day-to-day financial activities, with a focus on cash flow, collections, financing, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank balances and company cash position
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor upcoming financial obligations
• Handle revolving loan applications, renewals, and drawdowns
• Monitor outstanding loans, credit facilities, and payment schedules
• Monitor customer collections and accounts receivable
• Follow up and coordinate on overdue customer accounts
• Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring actual expenses against budget
• Prepare regular finance and cash flow reports for management
• Coordinate with banks, Accounting, Sales, and other departments on financial matters
• Ensure proper financial controls and procedures are followed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• At least 3 years of relevant finance, treasury, banking, or accounting experience preferred

• Having handled company bank and cash flow is a plus

• Good understanding of cash flow, loans, collections, and budgeting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential financial information

• Must be willing to work on Saturdays. Holidays if needed.
