Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity and optimize the use of working capital.
• Reconcile daily sales from retail stores and online channels, analyze financial data, and prepare reports for management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including profit margin analysis, operating results, and other management reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prepare annual budgets and monitor actual spending against the approved budget.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions regarding company financial transactions, including Trade Finance activities such as Letter of Credit (L/C) and Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) for imported goods.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare financial information to support supplier negotiations and business decision-making.
• Support management with financial analysis and other ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, Budget Planning, or related functions.
• Experience in the Retail or Luxury Fashion industry is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
• Familiar with Express Accounting System.
• Knowledge of international trade finance, such as L/C, SBLC, or import business operations, will be highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly to cross-functional teams.
