About Our Role To support our continued growth, we have a rare opportunity for a Finance Officer to join our busy finance team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and have a hardworking attitude.

This position offers the opportunity to join a skilled and supportive team of Finance Officers, working together to provide essential finance support to the business. You'll be part of a collaborative group, eager to share their knowledge and expertise.

Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Processing creditor invoices through ProSpend
• Account reconciliations
• Invoicing
• General accounts administration and office duties
• Monitoring the Finance emails
• Data entry
• Liaising with internal staff
• Debt collection

About You To be successful in this position, you will have:

• A high level of computer literacy, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to MYOB or similar accounting program.
• Previous experience in a hands-on finance or bookkeeping role is essential.
• A professional, friendly manner
• Ability to learn new systems
• A proven ability and willingness to work as part of a team
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• A can-do attitude
• Ability to work in our vibrant Adelaide office.
