FINANCE OFFICER

The Finance Officer is responsible for supporting the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, financial recordkeeping, and transaction monitoring. The role requires accuracy, organization, initiative, and strong analytical skills to ensure efficient financial processing and documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Monitor payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Verify financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable and knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles are advantages.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Php21,000.00 per month
