Finance Officer (Mactan Expo - Manila based)

The Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll Administration, and other finance and accounting functions that support the operations of The Mactan Expo. The role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficient financial operations between the Manila office and the Mactan-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices, expense claims, and payment requests.

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.

• Process and reconcile statutory remittances including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Withholding Tax

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Assist in improving finance processes and controls.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related business course.

● CPA license is preferred but not required.

● Minimum of 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Payroll, or Accounts Payable functions.

● Experience in payroll processing and statutory remittances is required.

● Experience in hospitality, events, real estate, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
