Location: Maluri, Kuala Lumpur (10-minute covered walk from MRT & LRT)
Working Days : 5 Workings days
Working Hour : Shift rotational
Salary: Basic + Allowance + Monthly Performance Bonus

Jobs Responsibilities :

1. Transaction Monitoring & Ledger Maintenance: Verify, audit, and systematically record daily transaction flows to ensure real-time accuracy and integrity of financial logs.
2. Fund Transfer Operations: Execute routine internal and external fund transfers across banking channels, ensuring strict compliance with internal control protocols.
3. Payout Liquidity Management: Inspect and manage designated payout account balances to guarantee continuous liquidity and seamless daily disbursement.
4. Merchant Settlement & Reconciliation: Perform daily end-to-end reconciliation between merchant settlement statements and core system logs, resolving discrepancies to ensure 100% data tally.

Jobs Requirement :

1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to seamlessly liaise with regional merchants and internal teams.
2. Operational Flexibility: Willingness and capability to work in rotational shifts to support 24/7continuous payment operations.
3. High Agility: A proactive fast learner with strong adaptability to new Fintech platforms and operational workflows.
4. Precision & Ownership: Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly responsible, and cautious when processing financial data.
5. Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to execute time-critical payouts under pressure.
6. Immediate Availability: immediately or on short notice will be prioritized.
