About the Role:

• Operate and manage day-to-day Reconciliation
• Investigate inter-party transactions when data discrepancies arise and analyze supporting evidence
• Work closely with third parties (Visa, BI-Fast, Rintis, Bersama, and others), the Customer Service Center, Dispute Resolution Team and the Product Team to complete the reconciliation process with high quality and on time.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining investigation findings and recommendations.
• Responsibilities also include reconciliation and journal entry processes.

About You:

• Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Experience using Visa Resolution Online (VROL) is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in reconciliation or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
