Finance Operations

Wanted: Finance Operations Specialist for an AdTech company in the Central District. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role bridging high-volume digital advertising monetization data with core commercial financial operations. Operating within an innovative, rapidly expanding global environment, this role offers full ownership of international billing, publisher payouts, and cross-border collections. This high-impact position provides extensive exposure to global media markets while directly steering operational cash flow and scalable financial processes.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) and international collections, proactively monitoring payment milestones from global advertisers and media partners.

● Oversee accounts payable (AP) workflows, validating publisher invoices and coordinating timely disbursements to technology and AdTech vendors.

● Conduct monthly cross-platform reconciliations between ad-server delivery data and partner billing reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.

● Track operational cash flow movements, maintain daily payment logs, and provide actionable collection forecasts and updates to finance management.

Job Requirements:

● 1–3 years of proven experience in billing, AR/AP, finance operations, or bookkeeping within a tech, digital media, or AdTech company.

● Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a certified bookkeeping diploma.

● Advanced analytical proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex cross-dataset reconciliations).

● Experience working with financial ERP software or billing platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Priority, QuickBooks) – a strong advantage.

● High-level English proficiency (verbal and written) for daily interactions with international partners, publishers, and vendors.
