Finance Operations Coordinator

Your day to day

• Manage Hotel Finance Talent Lifecycle – Onboarding experience, p-file documentation, performance tracking documentation, exit documentation etc.
• Manage & update talent profile and tag on Talent Cloud System.
• Collect, synthesize and analyze talent data and draw meaningful insights to help business to take actions.
• Project / task lead if there is any hotel finance talent related initiatives.
• Support organizing FC workshops, conferences, meetings, activities etc.
• Support centralized FC communications.
• Support FC engagement such as sending birthday & anniversary notes.
• Support arranging talent catch ups / meetings with Fin Ops Team.
• Support Head of Finance & Business Support Operations in tasks needed.

What we need from you

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in hotel management / finance / HR aspects.
• At least 3 years of working experience is preferred
• Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
• Logical, systemetic and process-driven mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written to address all levels within the organization and ability to gain consensus
• Responsible and result-oriented minset
