Finance Operations Executive

What youll do

Cash Management & Reconciliation

• Manage and oversee the daily closing of books across all Vetic Stores.
• Reconcile sales, payments, cash collections, and bank deposits daily.
• Match cash register totals with sales reports and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Track and follow up on all overdue amounts; ensure closure in coordination with Store Teams, Finance, and Customers.

Discrepancy Resolution

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in sales, payments, or cash balances.
• Highlight and escalate issues to relevant teams for corrective action.
• Ensure timely resolution to maintain financial accuracy and process compliance.

Reporting & Compliance

• Generate and maintain daily/weekly reconciliation reports.
• Provide detailed insights on discrepancies and their resolution status to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and audit requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in cash management, reconciliation, or store finance operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; exposure to ERP or POS systems preferred.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams (store ops, finance, customer service).
