Finance Operations Executive

• Organize and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

• Submit and process payment and reimbursement requests via Lark, including office expenses, airline-related costs, rentals, and petty cash

-Verify billing amounts against approvals and ensure required tour codes and P&L documentation are properly attached

-Update accounting records in Xero and keep budget sheets accurate

-Support daily payment operations, including bank balance updates and execution of approved payments

-Assist in tracking travel-related costs (airlines, ground handling, third-party vendors) and ensure timely and accurate recording

-Perform basic reconciliation between bank statements, accounting records, and internal tracking sheets

-Support month-end closing and check that supporting documents are complete

-Handle exceptions and discrepancies that the system cannot auto-process, and coordinate with operations, ticketing and sales to resolve them

-Help check and test new finance tools (automated payment & collection), and flag gaps for improvement

-Coordinate with finance colleagues across Malaysia / Singapore / Indonesia

Requirements:
-Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields

-Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, expenses, reconciliation)

-Comfortable working with Excel (basic formulas, data entry, simple reconciliation)

-Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data

-Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

-Willingness to learn and support daily finance operations

-Able to speak Chinese and English

-Willing to travel to SG for a business trip
