Finance Operations Executive

About the role

Finance Operations Executive role managing procurement P&L, stock reports, and stock audits. Update and analyse daily outright stock sales and prepare periodic reports. Monitor daily sales performance across projects and outlets, tracking actual sales against targets. Prepare and monitor outright stock closing reports. Reconcile financial records, management accounts, and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement P&L, stock reports, and stock audits
• Update and analyse daily outright stock sales and prepare periodic reports
• Monitor daily sales performance across projects and outlets, tracking actual sales against targets
• Prepare and monitor outright stock closing reports
• Reconcile financial records, management accounts, and reports
• Prepare management and financial reports, analyse business performance, and identify discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Improve financial reporting processes and internal controls
• Handle general office administration, petty cash, and meeting minutes
• Liaise with internal teams, banks, and external parties on work-related matters

About you

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, procurement, stock management, or reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and numerical accuracy
• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet reporting deadlines
• Experience in retail or event operations is an advantage
