About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Executive to support the daily financial operations of our fintech and digital payment platform across both B2B and B2C business activities .

The role will focus on reconciliation, settlements, payments, transaction follow-up and finance reporting , while working closely with internal teams and external payment partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation for B2B and B2C transactions , including customer funds, wallet balances, card transactions and partner statements.
• Monitor settlements, payments, funding positions and transaction flows.
• Investigate reconciliation differences, failed transactions and finance-related exceptions.
• Coordinate finance matters with banks, payment/card partners and other service providers .
• Process vendor payments, operating expenses and other finance-related requests.
• Support refunds, reversals, chargebacks and transaction adjustments.
• Assist with B2B client settlement and account reconciliation where required.
• Assist with month-end closing, finance reporting and transaction fee monitoring.
• Maintain accurate finance records and supporting documentation.
• Support finance-related system testing, new product launches and process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant Finance / Finance Operations experience .
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, e-wallets, cards or digital assets is preferred.
• Experience handling B2B and/or B2C transaction reconciliation would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of reconciliation and financial controls.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
