Finance Operations Manager

USPEX is a  Riga-based fintech company providing payment gateway solutions for businesses operating across international markets . We work in the payments industry, connecting merchants with payment providers and acquirers and helping them manage complex payment flows.

As our business continues to grow, we’re expanding our Finance team and looking for a  Finance Operations Manager  to join us full-time in Riga.

This is not a purely accounting or reporting role. We’re looking for someone who wants to be  close to the operational side of the payments business , understand how financial flows work, take ownership of processes, and actively improve the way things are done.

You’ll report directly to our  CFO  and work closely with them on day-to-day financial operations, reporting, payment providers, reconciliations, and finance-related projects.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Onboarding new payment providers and financial partners and managing ongoing relationships with them

• Preparing financial statements and performing reconciliations

• Calculating, monitoring, and reporting company revenue

• Maintaining and working with the company’s financial core system

• Supporting finance-related projects and implementing process improvements

• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to make financial workflows more efficient

• Identifying financial and operational issues, investigating their causes, and proactively driving them toward resolution

• Helping the CFO develop and improve financial processes as the company continues to scale

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

• Hands-on experience in  acquiring or financial services

• Good understanding of financial operations, reconciliations, payment flows, and financial reporting

• English at  B2 level or higher

• Strong ownership and accountability

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
