Finance Operations Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to strengthen our finance processes, own reconciliations and reporting, and lead the automation of our accounting workflows. You will work closely with our Accounts Manager and tech team to make sure our systems (QuickBooks Online and our Order Management System) work together accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Own courier COD, bank, and payment wallet reconciliations, and follow up on short payments, unpaid orders, and returns
• Set up and maintain QuickBooks Online processes, including bank rules, recurring transactions, chart of accounts structure, and data imports
• Work with the tech team to integrate our Order Management System with QuickBooks Online and automate manual tasks
• Prepare monthly management reports, including P&L, cash position, courier receivables, and product-level profitability
• Design and document SOPs for finance processes, and set up approval controls for expenses and payments
• Support the Accounts Manager with month-end closing, payroll processing, and audit and tax requirements
• Identify recurring manual work and find ways to simplify or automate it

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (ACCA, CA, or CMA part-qualified preferred)
• 3–4 years of accounting or finance experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
• Strong command of reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning)
• A process-minded approach: comfortable documenting workflows and improving them
• Working knowledge of Pakistani tax and payroll requirements

Preferred

• Experience with e-commerce brands, especially COD and courier reconciliation
• Experience working with an OMS, ERP, or integrations between systems
• Exposure to finance automation tools or projects

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad E-11: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
