Finance Operations Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Finance Operations Officer to manage payment-related processes for Influencers, KOLs, and suppliers.

This role will work closely with the Operation, Account, and Accounting teams to ensure payment documentation, payment schedules, cash flow planning, and credit terms are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Influencers / KOLs regarding payment documents, invoicing, and payment status.
• Review and verify payment-related documents including invoices, receipts, withholding tax documents, and other required supporting documents.
• Receive payment information from the Operation team and prepare accurate Payment Summaries for the Accounting team.
• Maintain and update Payment Schedules and Outstanding Payment Reports for Influencers, KOLs, and suppliers.
• Plan payment schedules in alignment with the company’s cash flow and incoming client payments.
• Negotiate Credit Terms and Payment Terms with Influencers, KOLs, and suppliers.
• Follow up on client payment status and coordinate payment timelines for each project.
• Work closely with the Accounting / Finance team regarding payments, VAT, withholding tax, and accounting documentation.
• Reconcile Influencer and campaign expenses against approved budgets and project information.
• Prepare Accounts Payable / Outstanding Payment Reports for management review.
• Support the development and improvement of internal payment, credit control, and finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and finance processes, especially VAT, Withholding Tax, and payment documentation.
• Experience in Account Payable, Finance, Accounting, or Payment Coordination is preferred.
• Experience in an Advertising Agency, Influencer Marketing Agency, or Media Agency will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially in managing Credit Terms and Payment Terms.
• Able to manage multiple payment transactions and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external partners.
