Job Summary

This isnt a spreadsheet-and-close-the-books finance job. At EduFund, our Finance & Operations Manager sits at the intersection of client coordination, vendor management, and financial controls - making things move. Youll be the connective tissue between external partners, internal teams, and our compliance and accounting functions, ensuring every transaction, document, and deadline lands on time.

Responsibilities

External Coordination & Client Management

• Be the primary point of contact for clients on payment processing, case updates, and documentation queries
• Liaise with lawyers, regional centres, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Drive timely follow-ups, resolve escalations, and maintain clear communication across all external stakeholders

Payables & Receivables

• Track and manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure collections and payments happen on time, every time, in line with company policies
• Flag risks early and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Compliance & Documentation

• Monitor vendor compliance, statutory obligations, and regulatory requirements
• Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, and compliance-related documents
• Support regulatory filings related to taxation and accounting processes

Internal Support

• Work closely with the accounting and compliance teams on reporting, documentation, and process execution
• Prepare regular MIS and operational reports for leadership
