Finance Operations Senior Manager | Financial Reporting

About the Role

We are seeking a Record to Report (RTR) Operations Senior Manager to lead delivery strategy and operational excellence across one or more client portfolios. This is a senior leadership role responsible for supporting sales opportunities, shaping solutions, and delivering high‑quality RTR services by leveraging full enterprise capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and solutioning activities, ensuring feasibility and successful delivery of proposed RTR solutions by leveraging enterprise capabilities.
• Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with Client Account Leadership, acting as a senior advisor in governance and delivery forums.
• Lead and execute delivery service strategy across one or more RTR client portfolios.
• Address performance issues and implement structured continuous improvement plans to meet project targets and SLA commitments.
• Oversee people engagement, recruiting, and staffing, optimizing capacity and capability to achieve delivery targets.
• Act as a senior escalation point for operational and delivery risks, supporting risk mitigation decisions across multiple teams.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, compliance standards, and reporting accuracy across RTR processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• CPA or CA certification is required.

• 5 to 10 years of supervisory or people leadership experience, managing teams and/or team leads.

• 8 to 12 years of relevant RTR experience in at least one of the following sub‑processes:

  • Transaction Processing
  • Closing Cycle / Period Close
  • Financial Reporting

• Strong expertise in service delivery, SLA management, and continuous improvement within RTR environments.

• Proven ability to operate as an SME and advisory leader with senior stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
