Our client and valued partner, Samsung Electronics, is seeking a highly organised and analytical Finance Operations Specialist to support its Direct-to-Consumer Sales & Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of marketing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end processes, and operational excellence within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage marketing budget forecasting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Support budget approvals, payment management, and marketing investment tracking.
• Coordinate sales deduction promotions, ensuring compliance and accurate ERP system management.
• Deliver insightful financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget performance updates.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to drive commercial rigour and operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Previous experience in finance, business operations, or management support.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
