Finance Operations Specialist

Our team is currently expanding, and we are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our mission.

Main Responsibilities:

• Enter vendor invoices into the internal approval system and track the workflow through to final authorization;
• Book approved invoices into the company’s ERP accounting system in strict compliance with internal policies and accounting standards;
• Monitor upcoming payment due dates, prepare payment files, and upload them to the electronic banking system;
• Review and verify monthly employee expense reports to ensure compliance with corporate travel and expense policies;
• Administer employment documentation and staff records in the payroll system;
• Process and monitor data from the office attendance system.

Requirements:

• Around 1 year of experience in a Finance, Junior Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Back-Office role;
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred;
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail;
• Previous experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software) is a plus;
• Ability to monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage payment schedules effectively under tight timelines.
