Finance Operations Supervisor

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly analytical and driven Finance Operations Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day accounting functions right here in Baguio City. In this role, you will guide our local accounting staff, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and support our ongoing local and national tax compliance efforts. What You'll Do

• Oversee the accurate computation, preparation, and timely filing of required national and local tax returns (e.g., Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Taxes) with the BIR and relevant Local Government Units (LGUs).
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and schedules to ensure accuracy before managerial review.
• Guide, train, and mentor our local accounting staff, overseeing their daily tasks and ensuring adherence to strict quality and compliance standards.
• Assist in managing external audits, BIR reviews, and tax assessments by ensuring all financial documents and supporting schedules are organized and audit-ready.
• Ensure the team strictly adheres to established internal control frameworks and identify operational bottlenecks to suggest process improvements.
• Foster a team environment built on accuracy, accountability, and continuous professional growth.

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a closely related field.Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, including at least 1–2 years in a senior, lead, or supervisory capacity.
• Solid, hands-on experience navigating Philippine taxation, BIR reporting requirements, and basic corporate tax compliance.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A proven track record of handling highly confidential financial data with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• A CPA License is an advantage, though not strictly required.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
