Finance Operations Team Lead

Position: Team Lead – Business Operations
Division: Finance Business Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to support daily sales operations.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth business operations and timely delivery.
• Support sales order processing, order recognition, billing, and related activities.
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues when necessary.
• Prepare reports and perform other duties assigned by the Business Operations Manager.
• Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Ability to make day-to-day operational decisions and escalate important matters to the manager when necessary.
• Willingness to travel abroad for trainings, congress, seminars and meeting
• Position is based in Malaysia.

Requirements:

• Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), finance operations, sales operations, or order management.
• Knowledge of sales order processing, billing, and related business operations.
• Experience coordinating with sales teams, procurement, customers, and vendors.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of company policies and operational procedures.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Willing to travel overseas for training or business meetings when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
