Finance Ops Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform transaction and settlement reconciliations, investigate reconciliation breaks, and resolve failed transactions to ensure all transactions are processed and settled within the required service timelines.
• Monitor the end-to-end client transaction lifecycle by identifying exceptions through system reports and dashboards. Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Customer Service, and Product, to investigate and resolve transaction failures and operational issues.
• Support the development and enhancement of global institutional and merchant service operations by assisting in resolving customers' day-to-day business and operational challenges.
• Maintain and update the team's knowledge base and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to process automation and operational improvements through scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or customer service. Experience in the payments industry, banking, foreign exchange (FX), or related financial services is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new products, with a strong results-oriented mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in daily work.
• Proficient in reading and writing both English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of VBA, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio is an added advantage.
• Willing and able to work on night shift schedules as required.

Pay: From RM4,200.00 per month
